According to his thought every one, we see 'Dream'. We see dream to be a successful, an honest person in our society. For become a successful person it needs to take better education from a better school. In this time modern education is changed. Not only 'Changed' but also it is going to develop with added new-new ideas dealy. So, it is the duty of the whole team of any school to be up to date with new time, new atmosphere. It is the duty of the teachers, school management to find out the hidden talent of the students along with give motivation, encourage ideas to them. To progress their level we have to give bookish knowledge as well as out side knowledge also which are related to our practical life. We are teachers, we are learning with them. we do not want teach them... we want to guide them, share them our few (which we have) knowledge. We are accountable to do. Parents are believed us that we can make their child as a brightful person for our social. It possible when we will be able to give them good education along with lovely guidance.

In our own school all the teachers, whole management are promised that we will do our work for the betterment of the students as well as school. As being principal, it is my duty to create a healthy environment in this school campus and also guide the teachers, students for the betterment.

By this following thoughts I want to share my view ... "If the mountain does not come to Mohammed, Mohammed must go to the mountain. If the poor can not come to education, education must reach them at the plough, in the factory, everywhere."
